Bereavement: Star Legacy has a National Telephone Support line that is staffed by professionals who have personal experience with pregnancy and infant loss. It is not intended for medical emergencies. Please dial 911 if you or a loved one are in a life-threatening situation. Hotline number 952.715.7731; ext 1. They also have a great list of virtual support groups that anyone can join
Cabbage Cream: this is the biggest secret among loss moms, we buy this for each other- having your milk come in without a baby is just terrible (some do still pump but most of us just want this to end) cabbage cream really helps with the engorgement ... not sure if we want to go into that level of detail or not- I leave to you all to decide.
